1. The service

G-Ads MCP tensai is a management console that connects to Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console through official Google APIs, allowing authorized users to view reports and manage their own advertising accounts. The service is provided by Tensai.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be authorized to act for the Google Ads / Analytics / Search Console accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Administrators may grant, restrict, or revoke access at any time.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the console only to manage accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access other users' data, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Write operations (budget changes, bid changes, pausing campaigns) require explicit confirmation and are logged; you remain responsible for changes made through your account.

4. Relationship with Google

This application uses data obtained from Google APIs under your authorization. Google is not a party to these terms. Your use of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console remains governed by Google's own terms of service and privacy policies. Google data accessed by this application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that advertising outcomes will meet expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tensai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including ad spend losses, arising from use of the console. You are responsible for the budgets and bids you set through the service.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features with reasonable notice on this page. You may stop using the service and revoke its access to your Google Account at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Anda bertanggung jawab atas seluruh perubahan (budget, bid, status kampanye) yang dilakukan melalui layanan ini. Google bukan pihak dalam perjanjian ini; penggunaan produk Google tetap tunduk pada ketentuan Google. Layanan diberikan "sebagaimana adanya" tanpa jaminan hasil tertentu.
